Capsule Travel Wardrobe: What I Wore Today, 9.12.11

I was unseasonably hot 96 degrees outside today in Florence, so I decided to wear my flip flops for personal sanity reasons. After today, I’ll try to wear these out as little as possible for the rest of the semester, because I became an immediate target for solicitation from everyone from beggars to aggressive travel agents.
American tourists are the only ones who wear “shower shoes” on the street in Florence.
