All the ceilings at school are covered with insanely detailed trompe l’oeil paintings. They’re kind of mesmerizing. Today I got busted for literally staring off into space during class by one of the school administrators. “It’s so hard not to be distracted. The ceiling is so great.” I told her. “Beh.” She chided. “This painting. It’s not so good. It’s only three or four hundred years old.”
