We Got An Annenberg Foundation Grant For Our Beekeeping Film!
Filed under Bees, Noted, Sticky Acres

This is the best email I’ve gotten all year!
from: annenbergfoundation.org Dear Max, On behalf of the Metabolic Studio and Annenberg Foundation Director, I am delighted to advise you that the Foundation intends to provide International Documentary with a $50,000 grant to support the film “The Backward Beekeeper” featuring the Los Angeles-based urban beekeeping club and its’ focus on sustainable, no-treatment, organic beekeeping practices. In order to move forward with the grant review and approval process, in early January my colleague in the grants management department will be in touch to request a small amount of additional information to facilitate the approval process for this grant. Wishing you a honey-filled holiday season, B.
